The stuff where polite, courteous with excellent customer service. Plenty of food at the delightful and tasty breakfast.

Original place with fully functional and well-stocked rooms. Delicious breakfast with local meats and immensely pleasant staff. Easy check-in.

The hotel is clean and is good choice for a short stay. It has central location, though the area is quite dirty.

It was a practical hotel - I loved hard-working staff and picturesque location. The restaurant was spacious and reasonably priced, with great food and beers and a good wine list.

Overall pleasant overnight stay on our first holiday away in a long time. The facilities in the executive room were really nice, beds were comfortable. It was in a central setting near the lake.

The staff is consistently courteous, the breakfast tasty, the ocation is unbeatable just next door to Windermere and the centre and Keswick. It's well-organised with extremely comfy beds and great views. The pool area is nice too.

Peaceful location, gorgeous building, we liked magnificent rooms. It was nice having iron/ironing board, fridge and thick blackout curtains. The staff did all they can for a luxurious stay.
